If your smart device battery dies, you can always use the Kevo fob (fobs are only available for Kevo Smart Lock products) or a standard key to unlock your door. You can also sign into the app on another supported smart device, and your eKeys will be instantly transferred to it. As with any lock, we recommend you have access to a backup key.
